Knudsens Gaard is an historic old farm, where the rural idyll has been preserved – in spite of its location close to Odense city centre. The farm now enjoys a host of modern comforts, with an incredibly cosy, intimate ambience as a result. Our restaurant is open to the public and is renowned for its quality, with menus based on local, seasonal ingredients.

With its central location in Denmark, just 3.5 km from the E20 motorway, and within walking distance of Odense city centre, Knudsens Gaard is an ideal base for a visit to Funen.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The hotel has its own free parking in the courtyard or in a secure underground car park, which also has charging points for electric vehicles.

We look forward to welcoming you to Restaurant Knudsens Gaard, which is open to the public for lunch and dinner. We are proud of our restaurant, which is renowned for its high quality: aroma, taste and aesthetics take the culinary experience to a higher plane. Our À la carte menu is based on local, seasonal ingredients, fresh from the producers of Funen, and always features fresh fish dishes.


Al fresco dining – when the weather’s good, we are more than happy to serve lunch or dinner under the parasols in the pleasant cobbled courtyard.
